ACCU España has just confirmed the participation of Vitoria-Gasteiz which will light the facade ofthe City Hall and the famous “ Los Arquillos” (see photo). The city of Cáceres will light the Consistorial Palace and in Cádiz the Puerta de Tierra will be illuminated.
