The Slovenian IBD Association (KVČB) will mark World IBD Day 2026 with a full-day event on 23 May in Celje, Slovenia.

The programme will include a professional lecture and round table discussion on comprehensive IBD care at Narodni Dom (National Hall), as well as public awareness activities at Citycenter Celje shopping centre.

The day will conclude with the symbolic purple illumination of Celje Castle in solidarity with people living with IBD worldwide.
