This year, Crohn's and Colitis Ireland are celebrating World IBD Day under the theme "It Takes Guts to live with Crohn's and Colitis!"

Join them in celebrating by tagging them in your awareness-raising posts, sharing your story on their website or creating a vital fundraiser.

You can even encourage your friends, family, or co-workers to get involved and make a vital donation to their charity throughout this month to ensure our services remain available for everyone who needs them.

The next patient day in Cork will be happening on World IBD Day, Sunday, May 19th!
They will be recording a special episode of Gutcast live at the event, offering insights and stories from those living with IBD and you will be hearing from the experts in areas such as diet and looking after our mental health. If you can't attend in person, they will also be live-streaming two talks from the day.
