The French IBD patient association afa Crohn RCH France is joining EFCCA´s theme on IBD and Well-being. 

 They will organise a week of online sessions about self-care (relaxation, physical activity, nutrition) and launch a "well-being" tombola to raise funds for research and support actions for people with IBD and their families.

At the same time they will organise the lighting of monuments in purple around France and have planned a special "Menus in Purple" challenge to mobilise a large audience, but also chefs will be involved with the objective to share worldwide, in photos or videos, healthy recipe ideas in the colours of the Day.
