The Dutch IBD patient association, CCUVN, will light in purple the Erasmus bridge in Rotterdam and buildings in Eindhoven, Leiden and Hoofddorp.
Also, in 8 different locations in the Netherlands, "2theloo" public toilets will have stickers inviting people to click on a QR-code with short films of 2 or 3 persons with IBD telling their stories about the "art of living with IBD".
Finally, 18 artists and IBD patients will work on a project to create artwork inspired by the patients which will then be shown in an exhibition and published in a book.
