To mark World IBD Day 2019, the Malta Association of Crohn’s and Colitis (MACC) is holding a display of posters on IBD in the foyer of Mater Dei Hospital from the 13th till the 21st May 2019.
Additionally, MACC will organise their Annual General Meeting on 15th May which will include a presentation with a psychologist who is an IBD patient himself.
In the meantime, a group of six Maltese volunteers will be trekking for 15 days from Lukla in Nepal to Everest Base Camp in a bid to raise awareness about IBD.
