Crohn’s and Colitis UK will celebrate World IBD Day on 19 May with a wedding theme as it will coincide with the royal wedding between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

Supporters will be encouraged to hold their own royal tea party or bake sale to raise awareness of IBD and funds for the charity. 

Preston County Hall in Lancashire, UK, will be bathed in purple light to raise awareness of Crohn's disease and Colitis and how they can affect people's lives.
