Happenings in Szczecin, Warsaw and Rzeszów, a seminar about IBD in Wroclaw, lots of buildings lit in purple and a huge media campaign – this is how Poland celebrated World IBD DAY 2018.

Poland is joining an international WIBD Day campaign every year. The biggest events were  organized in 3 Polish cities but many more events took place that day.

In Poznan (Greater Poland Voivodeship) for example patients and their families had an integrative meeting with a special IBD Cake, and students from Ludzisk (Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship) were taking part in a run with Purple balloons.
