Uruguay

In Uruguay we join forces to raise awareness for IBD Day, which this year coincides with our patients Association’s 20th anniversary. We will organise a campaign in the media with the aim of raising awareness and show, through videos featuring patients, how the correct treatment can result in a good quality of life.

In Montevideo we will hold a scientific event with renowned guests from America and Europe.

A famous Uruguayan landmark, located in our main beach resort, Punta del Este, consisting of 5 fingers partially submerged in the sand, will be lit in purple.
