The Italian IBD association, AMICI, organised a big IBD awareness raising and information event which took place in Torino on 17 May. Issues that were discussed included latest treatment options, quality of life, information about nutrition for IBD patients (both adults and children) amongst others. Member of the European Parliament, Sergio Cofferati who strongly supports our fight against IBD spoke at the event as well as Paola Pisanti from the Italian Ministry of Health and many other distinguished stakeholders.
